The parking reserved for our guests is located next to the villa walls, offering over 300 spaces, free of charge. An additional parking area is available near the entrance of the Pantagruel restaurant. Both parking areas are easily accessible and under 24-hour video surveillance. Upon request, garage parking is available (extra charge).

Access to the botanical garden is pedestrian-only to ensure maximum relaxation and tranquility.

The selection of non-alcoholic beverages in the minibar is complimentary. Restocking is done daily. Any additional requests will be charged to your room account.

We welcome small pets.

To respect other guests and hygiene standards, owners are asked to follow these rules:

- Pets are allowed upon prior notification at booking
- Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or restaurant.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
- In all public areas, including the park, pets must be on a leash or inside a carrier.
- Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their animals.

The Pantagruel restaurant offers refined Umbrian and Italian cuisine, carefully reinterpreted, with light and gluten-free options available.

Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM o During summer, the Garden Lunch is served in the park or inside Bar dei Lecci
Dinner: 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the Sala dei Lecci, surrounded by the Romantic Wood. Enjoy a rich buffet featuring sweet and savory pastries, homemade desserts, freshly baked bread, farm-fresh eggs, bacon, Umbrian cured meats, fresh and aged cheeses, a selection of fresh and dried fruits, espresso coffee specialties, and much more, to start your day in the best way. Lactose-free and gluten-free products are available.

Breakfast can also be ordered in-room for an extra cost of €10. Room Service can be reserved in advance by calling the Breakfast Room (internal 608), Reception (internal 9), or by filling out the card provided in your room and hanging it on the outside door handle by 12:00 AM.
