Posta Donini – Biowellness SPA is available everyday from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm

Prior your arrival, please take note of the following Donini SPA etiquette guidelines:

• SPA ACCESS BY RESERVATION: To ensure the highest level of relaxation, access to the SPA is available by reservation only.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: We kindly ask that any cancellation of booked treatments be communicated by 6:00 PM on the day prior. Otherwise, the full amount of the service will be charged.
• PUNCTUALITY AND DELAYS: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance to fully unwind in our relaxation areas and begin your treatment in optimal comfort. In the event of a delay, treatments will be provided only within the originally scheduled time.
• ADMISSION POLICY: Access to the SPA facilities and relaxation area is reserved for guests aged 15 and over.
