In Gubbio, from 30 October to 1 November and from 6 to 8 November, Gubbio, Land of Truffles returns for its autumn celebration of local gastronomic culture and regional specialities, featuring the 45th edition of the White Truffle Market Exhibition.
The heart of the event is Piazza Quaranta Martiri, where exhibition stands welcome truffle hunters, farmers and artisan food producers, ready to share their knowledge of truffles and local specialities.
Taking place over two consecutive weekends, the festival offers visitors the opportunity to discover the entire truffle supply chain through tasting stands, live cooking demonstrations, hands-on workshops and in-depth sessions exploring truffle hunting and culinary pairings.
Among the expected guests is Ruben Bondì, who will lead cooking demonstrations bringing traditional recipes into dialogue with contemporary cuisine.
