Overlooked by a castle dating back to the 1st century AD, Monte Vibiano Winery’s vineyards stretch along the ridge of a hill, surrounded by olive groves, century-old woodland and running water.
The Fasola Bologna family, who owns the estate and the more than 300 hectares around it, has shaped a multifaceted farm that puts together a clear focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship with the highest possible quality.
At the heart of the project are extra-virgin olive oil and wines that have deep local roots and are made organically with indigenous grape varieties.
